Moderne, propre

La chambre est propre, la salle de bain avec douche et toilettes séparés est tres pratique. Il y a l'eau chaude et la clim. Il y a beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre ce qui est utile. On peut faire une lessive.
On a eu des problèmes d'électricité dans la chambre (la carte magnétique n'etait plus reconnue par le disjoncteur). Suite à un problème administratif on nous a forcé à changer de chambre. La lessive fournie par l'hotel a abimé une de mes chemises.
Même si c'est un hostel, rien n'est fait pour échanger ni avec les autres clients ni avec le personnel de l'hotel.
L'emplacement est pas idéal (pas trop loin du métro menant à la gare de bus mais sinon assez isolé des attractions).

Laundry facilities are available, the place is new and well-decorated, and the price is good.
The bathroom is mixed-gender, so it's bad for women because it's always dirty; unfortunately, men frequently urinate on the toilet seat! This was the second time I stayed there. The first time, it had just opened, so the windowless room was okay, but months later I returned and the smell is very strong, and you can't air out your room. The first time, the electricity card machine malfunctioned, and I lost two nights of sleep, but I let it go because it had just opened. But this time, months later, the problem persists, and I had no energy autonomy. Every day I had to ask someone to turn on my electricity, and I waited for more than an hour. But this time, what perplexed me most was the fire alarm, which goes off uncontrollably and very loudly. I complained, and they said it's a problem on the 4th floor, but they didn't fix it. The alarm went off three times in the middle of the night in less than a week, waking everyone up, and nobody does anything! I stayed in the room with a window because I couldn't stay in the one without a window. The one with a window is much better, but unfortunately, basic things don't work there, and a good night's sleep isn't guaranteed!
