We were warmly greeted by the host who informed us beforehand there was some construction in the street and guided us to a proper place to park our car. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy upon arrival and cameras are in the hallway to ensure safety and monitored by the host. Both the bathroom and kitchen looked like they were recently remodeled.
The location in the city is quite central with a large supermarket (big market) around the corner to meet all of your needs. Likewise, the city center was located at a short walking distance (5 minutes max). The streets are safe and locals often let you pass the street safely while waiting.
I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the region.
The only critique I have is that the electricity fuses went off a few times. We suspect it might have been too many heavy devices (airco, waterboiler and laundry machine) however this doesn't take away from the experience at all, but rather seems to have been a general feature of the building. It could also have been a temporary issue as there was construction going on in the street.
