La maison très bien située est magnifiquement décorée . Les propriétaires sont adorables ,très disponibles. Nous avons passé vraiment 1 excellent séjour. Merci encore à Dario pour tous les renseignements fournis qui nous ont bien facilités les choses. La gare se trouve à 5mn à pieds se qui permet de se rendre aux cinq terres facilement👍 .

La villetta è molto graziosa e accogliente ed è stata ristrutturata molto bene, i pavimenti d'epoca sono stupendi anche i dettagli della cucina (piano di lavoro e lavello in marmo). Le camere sono molto spaziose e confortevoli. Il bagno è funzionale (e l'host ha messo a disposizione alcuni prodotti da bagno); è possibile sfruttare anche lo spazio all'aperto - noi abbiamo fatto colazione all'esterno ed è stato molto piacevole. La cucina è ben equipaggiata e ci sono anche alcuni prodotti pronti per il consumo (caffè per moka, capsule, te). A pochi minuti a piedi c'è un Carrefour molto comodo per la spesa, nonchè qualche altro bar e ristorante, sempre raggiungibili a piedi ma un pochino più distanti. Siamo state molto bene. Alloggio consigliatissimo!

My youngest son was getting married in the local church so that was the main reason for choosing this location but even if that was not the case the property is just 5 minutes walk from Vezzane Ligure station which is a few stops from La Spezia Centrale and has direct trains to/from Pisa. Also, not being a driver I wanted to be able to pick up groceries on foot and there is a Carrefour just up the road.
The only drawback is that it is situated on a hill posing an accessibility challenge if you are unfit or do not travel light. I am 68 and in need of exercise. I did not find the steps too arduous but my son did carry my suitcase up the steps. I packed wedding clothes and presents so it was heavy but I’d have been fine with a cabin bag or rucksack. Just be prepared to wear trainers. Of course the upside is the fabulous view you get to enjoy once you get there.
