Great large comfortable apartment even for 6 persons! Good aircon in every room, 2 minutes to railway station, still quiet enough.

Apartamentul este super dotat, cu tot ce e nevoie pentru 6 persoane, lejer. Check-in ul îl faci singur, luând cheia dintr-un safe cu cod de la întrare, dialogul fiind fiarte bun cu gazdele pe Booking.com. 3 aere condiționate, 3 tv uri, 2 paturi duble, 2 canapele mari, masă in sufragerie, masă in bucătărie, scaune, balcon, măsuță, scaune, frigider mare, centrală, baie cu tot ce ai nevoie, șampoane, săpun, perii de dinți, șervețele umede, etc, masină de spălat, fier de călcat, uscător de păr, papuci, prosiape curate, etc, Etaj 9, lifturile sunt ok dacă urcați maxim 2 persoane. Foarte aproape de gară și stația de metrou. Excelent!

La ubicación relativamente cerca al centro en coche, 10 minutos. Andando 20 minutos.
Hay estación de metro, tren y parada de taxis al lado. Gara de Nord = Estación Norte.
El tamaño de la casa y que está reformada.
2 habitaciones.
La calefacción 24 horas.
Cocina y baño completo.
Lavadora, plancha...
El edificio, portal, escaleras y ascensores parecen de una película de terror, están muy sucios y deteriorados.
Limpieza de sábanas (alguna manchita y polvo de usadas), limpieza de sartenes, limpieza mantas sofá, más cantidad de papel higiénico y otro tipo de alfombra para la ducha.
Falta un armario en una habitación.
Los colchones de ambas están hundidos. No son duros.
