A beautifully situated retreat into nature

The cabin is remote and beautifully located and a real escape from the daily grind. Modern conveniences are not what you come here for. It is a place to relax and unwind and get back to nature.

Accessing the cabin is via a steep goat path, so it's better to travel light! And if you're looking for modern conveniences, then this is not for you.

only spent 5 minutes and left

when they say it's off the grid I did not expect to have to do a little climb to get to the entrance!

what can I say... this is as close as it gets to a scam. The host will take the money first and ONLY then tell you about one or 2 little (?!) issues about the property. Like for example having to climb a hill to get there (not ideal if you have luggage), or for example about the small issue of not having running water, electricity, central heating. We understood we could use the fire place for heating and we were looking forward to it, but did not expect to find only 2 small pieces of wood in the house! I have to admit, we left the property after 5 minutes (did not even want to check out the bathroom) but the host was kind enough to send us a full refund.

Wij vonden het een heerlijke locatie, zeer rustig en privé gelegen, midden in de natuur. Ons gezin beviel ook de back to Basic handelingen die nodig waren om water te halen, water op te warmen over de kachel om warm te douchen etc. Het Huis was ook heel gezellig, en met lekkere comfortabele bedden.

De weg naar het huisje was wel heel steil een smal, wat het moeilijk begaanbaar maakte, zeker met bagage. Als je slecht been bent, moet je zeker voor een andere accommodatie kiezen.
