Lovely sea and Nesebar old town view from our balcony. Large comfortable bed. Lots of storage despite compact size of the room. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
The sun is strong and shines directly into the apartment in the mornings making it uncomfortable to have your breakfast on the balcony unless you have an umbrella. Perhaps consider providing a table umbrella to counter this? Also the kitchen included a saucepan and a frying pan but no cooking utensils. A wooden spoon and a spatula would be useful additions.

Zimmer in einem der sehr vielen aufgelassenen Hotels im Neuen Teil von Nessebar. Aufzug und kleine Küche vorhanden, man hat einen wirklich schönen Blick auf die Altstadt vom Balkon aus. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, außerdem ist es relativ ruhig für die Lage. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
In der Beschreibung steht etwas von Privat Strand, das stimmt überhaupt nicht, man kann den öffentlichen Strand nutzen.

Хорошее расположение, отличный вид из окна.
Очень грязная рожковая кофемашина (мы не рискнули пользоваться), но есть альтернативные варианты (гейзерная и электрическая кофеварки). Очень маленький холодильник, нет стиральной машинки.
