This was so much more than just a place to stay — it was a truly authentic Moroccan experience, and we absolutely loved every moment of it. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with incredible warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, but we would especially like to mention Youssef, who was absolutely wonderful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, and instead of simply checking us in, Youssef went above and beyond and offered to arrange dinner for us because we had arrived so late. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture after a long and exhausting journey. The food was another highlight. We enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast prepared fresh on-site, which made the experience feel even more authentic. We also chose to pay extra for a traditional dinner prepared in the riad, and it was absolutely delicious and completely worth it. Having a freshly prepared Moroccan meal in such a beautiful and intimate setting was one of our favourite memories from Marrakech. What really made this stay exceptional, however, was the personal attention and local knowledge of the staff. They didn’t just tell us where the tourist attractions were — they genuinely helped us understand Marrakech. They explained what we should do and what we should avoid, where it was worth going, how to get around, and even helped us organize our itinerary so that we could make the most of our limited time in the city. Their recommendations made a huge difference to our trip. On our final evening, Ahmed took care of us and was equally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It was lovely to experience the same level of genuine hospitality right until the very end of our stay. We honestly felt looked after, welcomed, and at home throughout our entire visit. The staff’s kindness and willingness to help made this place stand out far beyond what we expected.

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! We would have happily stayed a few more nights.

Everything was good. Youssef and Ahmed were really helpful [I am not sure if I am writing the names correctly :)]. The place is inside the Medina in a quiet alley but near busy streets and important markets. Be aware that, in almost all the Medina, the interior ("new") of the houses does not correspond to the exterior ("old").

Nothing bad. Just a warning. The Riad is in a small (somehow dirty) alley inside the Medina, so my recommendation is to go during daylight. Also, the door to the Riad is small with the name written on top; you can miss it if you go during the night. But do not be afraid because the Medina is pretty safe [but maybe annoying sometimes :)].

La gentillesse de l’équipe a vraiment fait la différence. Ils sont très attentionnés et s’occupent très bien des clients. Le riad est très propre, très beau, bien situé, et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.

Pas grand-chose à signaler. Le seul petit point négatif était le pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien, car il ne tournait pas correctement. Mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour.
