Bright, clean and modern apartment. We stayed at the top double room with kitchenette. Owners Costa and Christina are the nicest and friendliest people you’d ever meet. We had complimentary wines, gin and leaving presents - which were really all so lovely. Perfect location with a perfect sunrise view from the balcony every morning. Lots of parking spaces. Everything was spotless - thanks to Christina keeping the whole place so tidy! Clean and clear beach in front. Nightly, post-meal walks are a bonus. Such a nice vibes at this time (Sept).
Nothing - all our expectations were met! And we shall return! Thank you so much, Christina and Costa - you’re the best hosts!

I servizi sono stati ottimi come la struttura accogliente e molto pulita (pulizia tutti i giorni).
Molto comoda la posizione nel centro di Ypsos e sul mare a due passi dalla spiaggia.
Inoltre, lo staff è stato gentile, attento e disponibile.
Apprezzato anche il regalino.

Very friendly and accommodating staff that even gave us little gifts before we left. They tried their best to make us feel most comfortable. The location is great right on the main road.
Our air conditioner was leaking onto our bed. The music from the bars on the street are very loud which makes it hard to sleep.
