Vista e posizione top!

Vista spettacolare, interno comodo, nuovo, arredo basico. Condominio super pulito, ascensore nuovo e veloce, interno affascinante, un plus alla piscina che è il top.

Che dalla descrizione sul sito non si capiva che era una stanza unica senza camera matrimoniale separata.

Nie wieder - mehr Albtraum als Urlaub

Gute Lage, nah zum Strand. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon.

Das Haus in welchem sich das Apartment befand glich einer Baustelle (Eingangsbereich, Fahrstuhl, Nachbar-Apartments), was zu großer Lärmbelästigung führte. Zusätzlich dazu wurde nebenan ein Haus abgerissen und gegenüber dröhnten Tag und Nacht die Bässe aus einem leerstehenden Gebäude, in welchem Parties veranstaltet wurden. Die Strom- und Warmwasserversorgung war mehrfach für mehrere Stunden unterbrochen. Das führte auch dazu, dass es sehr schnell sehr kalt im Zimmer wurde, da nur über die Klimaanlage geheizt werden konnte (im Booking-Profil wird angegeben, dass es angeblich Heizung + Klimaanlage gibt). Im Bad gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit zu heizen und es war bei meinem Aufenthalt Anfang März eiskalt. Auch der im Bau befindliche Fahrstuhl gab irgendwann den Geist auf und ich musste die Treppe in die 9. Etage nehmen. Die Dusche war winzig klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Die Küche schlecht ausgestattet, nicht mal eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine gab es.
