I had a pleasant stay at Phu Sa Homestay in Hoi An. The room was beautiful and very aesthetic, making it a comfortable place to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, offering a wide range of services and always willing to assist.
There were a few minor downsides. The washing machine wasn’t very effective at removing stains from clothes, and I experienced some drainage issues during my stay. Also, guests should be aware that there is an additional charge if you invite visitors to your room.

The room is beautiful and very cozy with a big balcony and a very cozy bed. Pretty much the cleanest place we have stayed in SEA and Quyen is a very nice person. She always helped us, was really welcoming and had many good tips for us. The apartment is about a 15 minutes drive to the old town, really close to the beach an many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket close by. We had a great time there and would always come back. We really felt home so far away from home❤️

Quyen is a lovely owner and her hospitality is wonderful❤️ Its quiet, clean, big and comfy bed (I could lay on my bed and watch the moon😍) and hot water shower. Very good wifi… kitchen to use, laundry, bycycle. Local shop around the corner… Quyen even prepared a delicious christmas meal for everyone AND a gift🥰🙏 Thank you so much for everything❤️

Very nice property and good location. Host is very nice. She took me to some nearby attractions and let me rent her scooter. Nice little shared kitchen and a great little cocker spaniel dog to cheer you up. Very convenient and friendly place.
