The location is great, very central. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated having dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, olive oil, salt, and pepper however could have been informed that these things were going to be in the property in advance. Nice artwork and a large round dining room table.
The balcony is too small for 4 to sit comfortably. No mirrors in the bedrooms, no towel rail in the bathroom, a microwave would be useful, especially as there’s no oven. The one sofa is insufficient for four people. The hanging cupboard was full of bedding which needed to be removed in order to use.. we contacted the staff before arriving specifically to enquire if there were essentials such as olive oil, salt and pepper to which they replied saying there was none, having purchased these things we arrive to find they are in fact there.
In apartment 38B there was only a small balcony rather than the large terrace as displayed in the photos The description of the apartments in Palazzo 38 isn’t clear enough to show different photos of the different apartments so you don’t know exactly what you’re getting and on completing the review for 38B, the picture is of the large terrace that we didn’t have!

Die Wohnung war zwar sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.
Wir haben die teurere Wohnung nur gebucht, weil die Fotos eine Terrasse mit toller Aussicht zeigten – perfekt nach 10 Stunden Fahrt. Vor Ort die Ernüchterung: Keine Aussicht, nur ein Blick in einen Innenhof mit Tisch und Stühlen. Dafür haben wir unnötig viel Geld bezahlt, obwohl es günstigere Angebote gab. Der fehlende Parkplatz machte das Ganze noch schlimmer, das Parken vor Ort ist eine Katastrophe.

"Incredibly view, very clean and has everything you need. As others have mentioned there are a lot of stairs so be mindful with lots of luggage. There is also free parking a 2 minute walk away."
