We really enjoyed our stay. The guesthouse is very clean, nicely renovated, and everything feels new, tidy, and very cozy. There are beautiful paintings throughout the hallways and on every floor, and they are truly lovely to look at. The common areas and dining rooms are also very nicely designed.
The kitchen areas are fully equipped with microwaves, coffee machines, kettles, all the necessary dishes, and cooking utensils. Salt, pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee are also provided.
The bathroom has everything you need for a shower, including shampoo, shower gel, and even body lotion. All areas are kept clean on a regular basis.
The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. They are always easy to reach and respond very quickly to any requests or questions.
There are also tourist brochures in the lobby on the ground floor with information about places to visit in Munich, which is very convenient for guests.
The guesthouse is located close to the airport, and the metro is also fairly easy to reach by car. We were traveling by car, so the location was very convenient for us.
The area is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it easy to sleep well at night.
Overall, we had only positive impressions and would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Es war super unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig :) Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen war herzlich
Falls es überhaupt etwas gibt, was mir nicht gefallen hat: Duftstecker bräuchte es für mich nicht. Das Haus hat das nicht nötig :) Ich bin eher geruchsempfindlich.

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Zimmer
1) uns ging aus der Buchung nicht hervor, dass es sich um ein Gemeinschaftsbad handelt-wenn das klar ersichtlich gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir niemals das Objekt gebucht
2) sehr sehr hellhörig-man hört jede Tür, jeden Schritt, jedes gerollte von Koffern, jeden Treppengang
