It was an adventure back in time, really clean and comfortable quite quirky, but a pleasurable stay! Such a beautiful location and quiet. The stars in the night were unbelievable no light pollution I’ve never seen so many… I’d close the window if you don’t want to awake early as the cockerel is quite loud. Definitely coming here again, class!

The cottage is comfortable, traditional and pretty. I felt very much at home. It had everything I needed. The outside patio is a sun trap and very private. The bath tub is deep and luxurious especially after a long walk. It is spotlessly clean.
The cottage is located in a small hamlet with no passing traffic and surrounded by farmland. There is a lovely dog walk from the door to the river and the cottage is dog friendly with slate tile flooring downstairs.
The welcome is second to none. The owners are genuinely lovely people who it was a joy to chat to and they offered lots of great suggestions on places to visit. The area has fabulous beaches and coastal walks.
There is a supermarket 10 mins drive away and you can buy home produce - fresh eggs and jam - on site.
Nothing.
There is no WiFi signal in the house for those who might need it. There is a strong mobile signal upstairs and on the patio.
