It was pretty quiet, very hot water, good wifi (30-40 mbps), very close to the train station (4-5 minutes walk).
Many shops around, you can find anything in an under 10 minutes walk.
Other guests (very loud at night), I was lucky they stayed only for two nights.
For longer stays it would be nice to have a washing machine.
