Great space, need to do much better in the upkeep and cleanliness.

Location was great, property had plenty of space and beds to accommodate our family. The pool was nice.

The garbage from the previous renters was piled up on the side of the house in the back yard with lots of food in open boxes and bags. It was left there for our entire 3 day stay. It was disgusting and smelly! The flys it attracted were annoying! Messages sent to the host went unanswered. We also found trash scattered around the yard and the house under beds!! The cleaners did a horrible job! They only surface cleaned and changed bed linens. The dishwasher was full of dishes so we couldn’t use it. Not very clean at all!

Disappointed

The house is in a nice quiet location. It was easy to get into the home, by following the instructions in the chat. Loved the smart feature for the ac.

I soley booked this property for the pool. There were many properties to pick from, but most didn't know the condition of the pool for use. This one said it was a working pool. Well, it was not! I could have just driven back home and saved the money. They didn't have toilet paper available. There were used sugar packets in the jar container that were supposed to have new packets for use. There weren't any. Only empty ones. There was hair on the bed sheets on one of the beds that wasn't mine. It didn't feel like we were alone in the home either. It sounded like people were in the house all night long with the creaking of the stairs and floors. I am very disappointed by the amount of money spent and not having use of the pool. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for the heated pool option because then it definitely would have been more of an issue.

Location was great, property had plenty of space and beds to accommodate our family. The pool was nice.
