Great location, clean and spacious

Great location right across the station, super clean, very big, well stocked and comfortable.

The internet wasn’t working and rebooting it didn’t resolve it

A very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment, we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean, and the newly renovated floors make the space feel fresh and very comfortable. You immediately feel at ease when you walk in. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable, the mattress was very comfortable, and the apartment itself is spacious. Location is the best, specially if you looking to take the train! We would definitely recommend it.

Very nice and cozy studio in heart of Nice

Super close to the center and the train station! Large fridge, large bathroom.

Bad experience

The location was good, and a nice apartment. Good and airy and a good bed. Everything was in the apartment that one would need.

The fact that we had to pick up a key 9-minute taxi ride and €25 each way. I would not have stayed here if I were aware of this. No consideration for the guests. The taxi man pulled up outside no 16 which was the address given these are offices. They were closed. I rang the number for the property which was given to check to be told no one was at this number. The taxi man was getting impatient so he brought me back to the apartment address. I managed to get into the foyer and a tenant tried to help us he rang the property number but to no avail. Finally, I was texting someone who I thought was the landlord who informed me I needed to go back to the place I was at to collect the key. This taxi driver was more helpful and tried to get parking and we eventually found the place I needed. I had been sent a video of the place but the no was incorrect and it misled us. Finally, I got the key and it cost me €55 round-trip. To get the key cost me €75 when you factor in the 2 trips I had to make by taxi. The landlord's attitude was appalling and she refused to accept that it was unreasonable to have to collect a key a taxi trip away. The landlord must realise that we are travelling into a foreign country and no one wants to go in search of a key late at night a taxi trip away. The stress it caused I will never forget. Not to mention the extra cost. Also, the taxi drivers wanted Cash. You are at their mercy. This property by my recollection was new to Booking. Another small issue no cover for the duvet and the extra pillows should be thrown in the bin!!

Veturin vieressä, joten täältä on kätevä matkustaa eri kaupunkeihin.

Vessan huuhtelu toimi huonosti.
