La proximité du centre historique, les stations métro également très proches MUSEO ou MATERDEI avec des restaurants dont une savoureuse pizzeria.

L'établissement est très bien situé pour se balader à Naples. C'était très propre et le personnel est passé durant le séjour refaire la chambre. La salle de bains était grande et pratique.
Il y avait peu de rangements et de commodités dans le logement pour une semaine de vacances (trop peu de savon, pas de vraie penderie).

On avait un appartement immense, donc c'était plutôt très agréable ! la déco est sobre et un peu aseptisée moderne et récente, le quartier animé et plein de commerces autour je recommande le traiteur en face, excellent !
la flexibilité pour l'horaire d'arrivée, et le suivi par whatsapp pendant notre séjour
La personne qui nous a accueillis était fort désagréable et peu aidante... Et le wifi était totalement inexistant pendant notre séjour... a vérifier quand vous réservez donc !

This property was very close to the metro station with only a 7 minute walk. The building in which the apartment is in is very secure. Quick responses from the staff too. Only two rolls of toilet roll were left out, but when we asked for more at reception, we received it.
When we arrived, we were shown to our room. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen. The room we were shown was just a standard room with a bathroom. The next morning we sent a text to staff to say the room we were put into the night before is not what we booked. They responded saying that the apartment we did book had a technical issue. We were never notified before check in about this. If we didn’t notify them, they wouldn’t have said anything. The staff gave us an upgrade to another apartment, but we could only stay there until the day before we had to leave. Again, we had to move to our original apartment for the final night. When we checked into our final apartment, we turned on the air conditioning unit. Straight away we got a smell of urine coming from the unit. This apartment was up a stairs but we could hear everything going on in the hall. All in all, we were happy we didn’t receive our original apartment from the start. With the smell of urine, no mobile service, and unstable WiFi, we did not enjoy this apartment. When we moved rooms, there was no information about where the room was or if the WiFi was different. We had to keep asking. My partner had to go and check out the different wifi at reception to see which one it was. We did notify staff about this. There is a fee to replace your towels, and another fee to clean your room/apartment. We stayed for 11 night, moved two times with three different rooms/apartments. The street where the terraces are is a very busy and noisy street.
