We had the very best time at Apartment Maria! Coordinating check in was easy as our arrival time adjusted twice without any complaint from our awesome host. Probably the warmest welcome we'd received thus far on the trip. The location is perfect! Basically in the midpoint of the beaches and the old town. There is a Tommy next door with a larger Konzum within a few minutes walk. And a Bipa next to that (very convenient for bug spray as the mosquitos were out in full force). Parking was so convenient and appreciated. We received solid restaurant recommendations and prompt communication regarding check out. Easy going for sure. The apartment itself has everything you would need or want. The laundry machine came in clutch. The little kitchen is perfect for breakfast and light lunches/dinners. Though you're within a 10-15 minute walk of great restaurants (Fish House, Fish Delish, Ecelectus, Monte, Starri Grad Pizzeria to name a few). There are a few benches across the street if you don't want to walk into old town for sunset. A lovely spot to finish your gelato on a walk back from old town. The beach access is also fantastic. You can get to multiple beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. If you walk closer to 20-30 minutes, you'll get quieter beaches but the close ones are worth visiting as well. I'd definitely recommend this property especially for those looking to spend time both at the beaches and in old town. You can't beat the location!
The only thing I would ask for is a fan in the bedroom. It gets quite hot with the morning sun, and with only one AC unit, the bedroom gets the least of the cool air. After a couple days it was fine but a fan would have helped this aging woman the first two nights

Location, private parking and comfy bed.
There is no balcony but it does not matter.

Very nice, The landlord was incredibly kind. Although it was the off-season, the restaurants recommended by the restaurants were absolutely fantastic. The location is superb. Parking is available. Extremely convenient. Highly recommended!
