We were exchange students who were attending oslomet. It is very near university and the location is great, from university and the city centre which is easily accessible by bus. Also the owner communicated with us quite well during the stay. The apartment had all the necessary facilities which one would need. I would totally recommend this apartment to other fellow students !
The only problem was the hygiene of the apartment , we found towels in the washing machine which were uncleaned

The home was so cozy and clean. Very comfortable. It was nice the windows opened more than just a wee bit, we like it a little cooler to sleep.
It was still a little stuffy, once we closed the curtains, of course the air movement stopped.

Area is quiet.
Location is reachable with tram line but it is a bit far from the attractions. There was no dinning area in apartment. Second bedroom bed for two teens was only about 120cm. But that can all be put aside, except our experience with Delan, person who rents the flat (not the owner). When we arrived, Internet was not working. According to his instructions, I tried to find the router and reset it, but when it didn't work out, he became impatient and told me to work it out somehow myself. I told him to work it out. It turned out there was a fuse problem, so neither Internet nor refrigerator was working that day and the next morning. We had food with us which we had to throw away. Fuse was fixed the next day and Delan offered a compensation 20% for first day, which I thought was nice as we did not ask for anything (that was Thursday). As I payed full amount for our stay in advance, he was the one to make a payment to me, but for next three days he did not mention it at all, that was odd to me.
However, once we returned home, on the 4th day, when I asked him about it, he refused to pay, falsely claiming that we had damaged a curtain - which we absolutely did not and my husband found a picture from 9pm our last night there where curtain is clearly visible and all right. We left next morning at 5am. This accusation felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility to pay the compensation after we left. I asked him not to pay me anything - it was 450NOK, that is less than 40 EUR and is ridiculous to stress over it and blocked him as I don't want him to stress me anymore. I never expected to be scammed in Norway, yet it happened.
The apartment itself may look as advertised, but this communication was disrespectful. Travelers should be cautious and prepared for poor communication and potential disputes.
