The cabin definitely has good value, and comes with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It's fairly close to both the Wodonga station and shops, has a comfy bed, fridge, good toilet, and kitchenette. I think it would be suitable for long stays, and the aircon was able to heat the entire cabin reasonably well even with limited usage, though having a heated mattress was appreciated
My biggest source of stress was the rude guests in the caravan parked next to my cabin. They sat outside at night in winter and talked for 4 hours daily, severely compromising what should have been a perfectly peaceful stay... Not to mention they were smoking as well. They did not change their behavior despite multiple reminders that they were talking next to my window... I would recommend requesting a cabin flanked by other cabins so such issues cannot affect you. The windows could be improved to have double paning as well. Banning smoking throughout the grounds would help. The bed was too soft and I sunk into it when I sat in it. The area under the sofa was not cleaned at all...

It was clean and in a central position in Wodonga.
The bed was not very comfortable & some of the curtains were in need of repair.
