We had a wonderful stay at Alviv Homestay, The Shore Residence Melaka. It was a perfect little staycation for our family, and the kids truly enjoyed every moment. The place was comfortable, clean and convenient, making our vacation relaxing and memorable. Definitely a great choice for families travelling with children. We would happily stay here again!

Unit: Was good with Security Door Toilet: Kids potty and baby bathtub provided Room: Kids blanked and extra mattress provided

Cleanliness and Hygiene: The unit was meant for kids friendly but the expectation about cleanliness NEED to be top notch. There is a mold, hair is everywhere, yellow stain all over the shower wall. Towel: sufficient towel provided but.. there are 2-3 towel are smelly and spotty. Curtains and Sofa: again,, the concept is Kids Friendly. Curtains and Sofa have musty smells. Mini Playground: We noticed that 1 of the step got little crack, as a parents we triggered it as Hazardous for kids. Location: the location shared personally via whatsapp was directed us to other places instead of the shore residence Parking and Lift: hoping there is a label *Alviv Mgt* direction which lift we can direct to Tower 3A. otherwise, guest will confuse to which lift we can take either The Shore Resident or Tower 3A lift wish the management would take action where the necessary and hoping Alviv Homestay remain to provide the good service for the guest.
