The villa offers a beautiful view, there was a comfortable bed for each member of the family, and the staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The kitchen was very dirty overall, including the cutlery, dishes, cupboards and coutertops. The toilet flush was not working propertly. During our 10-day stay, the bed linen and towels were not changed even once. There were not enough towels for the entire family, and the number of plates and other dining utensils was also insufficient. The balcony was dirty, an there were ants in the bedrooms and the bathroom. Access to the villa vas very difficult due to the lack of a proper access road, a very steep uphill approach, an extremely narrow entrance to the oarking aria. Oweral, the level of cleanliness and mainttenance was far below our expectations, which had a significant negative impact of our stay.
