Location! Very central to local activity. 10/10. It was clean newly furnished and the A/C worked well.
Automated check-in was a nightmare. Spent literally hours sending and resending the documents…0/10 (maybe even negative numbers).
On Booking.com the check-in was 16:00 to 20:00. So we showed up at 16:00 but were told we could not check in until 18:00.
Having other guests share the common area (small) was a bit restrictive. If all 4 rooms were occupied it would not be possible for everyone to have breakfast comfortably. Also, there is an electric stove top but nothing to cook in. They had no dishes or silverware only a few paper cups.
Access to the location was poor as we could not drive to the location (access blocked by illegal parking) but had to walk several minutes with our luggage.

"Really surprised how clean and new the room was despite the low price. Located just behind Trattoria da Giuseppe, one of the best restaurants in Ceglie Messapica."
