فندق الترحيب Atarheeb Hotel

اعجبني الموقع والنظافه ووجبة الافطار الصباحي وتعاون موظفين الاستقبال بكل صدر رحب جزاهم الله خير . والمرافق وادوات الاستحمام والاقامه مقابل المال .

عزل الاصوات الخارجيه ضعيف بحيث تسمع تنبيهات السيارات من الدور الرابع . وايضا الكوفي والمطعم في سطح الاوتيل يستقبل الزائرين من غير النزلاء في المساء واغلبهم شباب بالكاد احصل عائلة في الكوفي ليلا .! ولا اجد موقف للسياره بعض الاوقات بسبب استقبال الزائرين للكوفي لانهم يستخدمون مواقف النزلاء اما الصباح .!! فهو يكون خاص للنزلاء فقط بسبب وجبة الافطار .

نظيف ومرتب وتعامل العاملين ممتاز

الاكل نظيف وطريقة تقديمه ممتازه ولكن الطعم غير لذيذ

There was no breakfast buffet while my booking was with breakfast. They offered the breakfast but there was no buffet

The roof seating area is good with the music collection.

. Descriptions provided for rooms are fake. Expected a balcony. The whole building doesn't have one. Expected an in room hot tub... if you're lucky you'll get a tub, excluding the hot part of it. Expected a desk as per the pictures as I needed one for work, got a high console with an awkward chair (not like the pictures). Expected a sofa and couch as per room description, they don't have that. Lucky I got a foot stool with some strange contraption of a chair. . Hotel facilities and amenities described are fake. . Make sure that what they give you at the time of arrival is what you actually paid for. The first room they gave me was not what I paid for. . Reception staff during night times are usually not even available on the whole ground floor, with no possibility of contacting them . Key card should provide you with access to your room for the whole stay. Imagine getting in late at night, only to find that the card isn't working and the staff are nowhere to be seen... understandable if it happened once. Mediocre that it happened every night after the first night till the end of my stay. . Booking was done with buffet breakfast paid for. For two days I didn't get a buffet, with a reasoning of...drum rolls... they're aren't enough people in the hotel. Fine...refund me the preposterous amount for no breakfast, not gonna happen, but we'll get you what you want. Ok fine...i want items so and so, we will only provide this and that. People, I'm allergic to what you're offering... this is what we have... Eventually, they started providing buffets on the third day after a heated conversation with someone who identified themselves as management, but wouldn't provide their name. . Imagine being asleep at 6am, and then waking up to the sound of...DRILLING right on top of you!!! No further comments
