The hostel is very clean, it has filtered cold drinking water as well as free tea or coffee. The staffs are super friendly and energetic willing to walk an extra mile to help you. I booked the Bromo tour and waterfall tour with them and everything was perfect. Wifi is excellent and the bathroom is clean and has hot water. Highly recommended.

I booked again, but this time ne bed in shared room. Everything was perfect, as I wrote in one of my previous reviews.

Started with a dorm room and they upgraded me to the private room for free! Staff also very nice, Alesha helped me with my train ticket booking which is not part of her responsibilities . Very appreciative of this!
