The place is nice, cozy and well equipped. The house is slightly older, so don't expect modern equipment, but everything is fully functional. There are various places where you can relax (inside and outside), it is generally very comfy. The location is quite, is a small neighborhood, close to a bay at the Ringkobing fjord (~200 meters) and also close to a nice beach at the North sea (approx. 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by car).
Mosquito nets in windows would be handy. The bed-linens should be included in the price and the beds should be prepared by the cleaning service (you need to pay for the linens-towel package and make the beds by yourself, which is a bit annoying on your vacation...). EV charging wallbox would also be nice (there are options nearby, but approx 15 mins away).
