The location
The TV and the stove range was not working at all. There was also a leakage in the kitchen from the ceiling and also a leakage in the bathroom from the commode.

とにかく清潔感がありました。部屋に入った瞬間ここに来て良かったと思えると思います。布団や枕、タオル類も柔軟剤の匂いがしていてサラサラしてました。また調理器具も揃っていたため、すぐに料理できる状態でとてもありがたかったです。シャワーもお湯が出るので日本人にとってはとても貴重です。シャワールームも全く臭くなくて良かった。フィリピン特有の下水臭さがありません。トイレとシャワールームは一室になっていますが、トイレ側の方に洗濯機が置いてあり、シャワー室とは段差とカーテンで仕切られているので全く問題無しでした。徒歩1〜2分圏内に小規模ですがモール的な場所があるので、日用品などすぐに買い物できます。ATMもあります。立地条件が良くセキュリティもしっかりしているので安心して現地生活を過ごすことができます。

The apartment furnishings. The bed and pillows. The pool. The high quality and cleanliness.
Only problem was I didn't know I had to call or message the apartment owner the day before to setup the host to meet us there. Somehow I didn't see the message about the stay regarding this. It would be helpful to have that in the listing. I don't think it's mentioned. Also we had to contact the owner because there was only one towel set and we are a couple. And the body soap was empty. So she brought refiled soap and extra towels. Final issue was the mineral water in the jug had a funny metallic taste. We couldn't drink it. So she brought a new jug of distilled water that tasted perfect.
Otherwise, it's a fantastic place to stay!!!
