Clean facilities, possibility to get a parking place (for an extra fee)
Although the studio was clean and looked nice, it was too small and uncomfortable for us: the bed and pillows were too hard, the bed was too short, it was inconvenient to eat at the small table with two extra high chairs...

Location great, close to port, sights and bike routes around the Lake, easy access by train to nearby towns. Apartment is very modern, clean, fully equipped with a nice garden. Parking available in the street just off the property but you can also arrange with host to park in garden for a daily fee. Overall very nice stay, highly recommend the property.
Communication prior to the trip with host was great, however on the day of arrival we have arrived earlier than expected but could not reach the host. We were lucky, the neighbour was in the garden and managed to get the keys to the apartment & remote control to the gate from her. Big thank you to the lady's daughter who was translating to English :) Upon arrival the trash was still in the apartment from the previous guests, had to clean all the bins as they left rotting food behind.
