La ubicación, en el barrio de Jalatlaco, que tiene mucho encanto y fácil acceso al centro. La cama era muy amplia y cómoda. La ducha tenía buena presión. Las veces que coincidimos con el personal de recepción eran muy agradables. Estaba muy limpio.
Nuestra habitación tenía solo una ventana al patio del edificio, lo que hacía que fuese algo oscura y que tuviésemos poca intimidad.

I loved the comfy bed and the hotel decor. It was very beautiful.
The bathroom needs some serious updating. The water didn’t drain quickly at all, and in comparison to the room, was very outdated.

Location was good although a bit further away from historical center (although Jalatlaco is amazing); bed was very comfortable.
Very poor bathroom facilities, with super unreliable water temperature (you have to turn it on 10 minutes before hot water comes). You can hear everything outside the room and also the pipes running in the toilet.
