Disappointing.

Location near beach. Pool, spa, tennis. Plenty of pots and pans. Plenty of heating equipment. Good hot water.

Lack of WiFi, uncomfortable beds, poor state of carpet, TV/remote on the blink, shady and cold (September), unkept yard, very poor lighting. Paper thin adjoining walls.
