The house is lovely, with a superb view! The owner was very kind and tried their best to accommodate all our requests.
We stayed for 2 nights during autumn, and it was quite cold. Since the house is built with granite stone, it takes some time to warm up even with the heater.
The house is well-equipped with everything you need, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. However, the ceramic cookware might not be suitable for the induction cooker, as it took quite a long time to cook. Owner could check on it. The sink switches were also a little challenging to use. It is lovely with simple switches. The kitchen is big! Very nice. But it would be good if has curtain for privacy.
It would be lovely if the owner could provide simple room slippers for guests, especially during colder seasons.
but we really appreciated the owner providing us with firewood. Such a lovely gesture!
The WiFi was a bit slow on our second day,
We also truly appreciated that the owner allowed us a late checkout, as the weather was beautiful on our departure day. It gave us extra time to enjoy the house and the amazing surroundings.
Overall, an amazing stay in Mestia! We loved the authentic local house experience, the beautiful surroundings, and especially the breathtaking view. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The apartment was spacious and even more beautiful than in the photos. The living room was big, and the kitchen was very cosy and had every amenity we could think of. We had a wonderful time in Mestia and honestly didn’t want to leave. The huge terrace had beautiful mountain views and was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our host was super helpful and positive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring Svaneti. Highly recommend to stay here <3

Location is great, with a beautiful view from the nice large terrace (I spent most of my time there when at home). Everything was very clean and new. The owner was super responsive and resolved a couple of small issues that arose quickly and efficiently.
There is a confusion with the ad: I believe the whole floor used to rented out as one apartment but now is split in two. Some info and photos are from the apt we were not renting: for example, ours did not have the fireplace, oven or microwave (we did have a toaster, as well as a glass ceramic cooktop). Finally, the walls are thin and when a noisy guest appeared on the floor below, we could hear a lot. Closing the terrace doors helps to reduce the volume but who wants to close them in this scenery and mountain air? Finally, the terrace on our side needs lighting (it looked like this was underway, almost ready).
