市内中心部ながら閑静で治安もいいエリアにある小振りの一戸建てを借り上げる形。家具や調度も趣味良く揃えられており、快適そのもの。Wi-Fiも良好。それでいて価格はリーズナブル。２ベッドルーム＋リビング＋キッチンがあり、長期滞在にもよい。（なお、在住者には常識のようですが、電気代をプリペイドでチャージする必要があります。プリペイド携帯などと類似の要領。鍵の受け渡しの際に要領は教えてもらえます。）

Emplacement correct. Logement très bien situé et très facile d'accès. Vous pouvez rentrer tard dans le nuit sans être inquiété.
Nous avons tout apprécié. Il est vrai que nous avons été surpris par la facturation de l'électricité, mais nous avons compris qu'au Togo et au Bénin (pays que nous avons également visité), cela se passait ainsi : vous payez ce que vous consommez. Peut mieux faire pour l'abonnement du câble, car nous étions contraints d'être sur You Tube.

Proximity of the beach and some amenities like pharmacy,minimarket...Akso the area looks very safe!
Electricty: its a prepaid that the occupant need to monitor and recharge!
