Todo fue perfecto! La localización inmejorable y el apartamento limpio, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y sin preocupaciones, además de pintoresco y decorado con gusto.
A destacar la atención de Luiz, que cuando tuvimos un problema nos respondió al momento y lo solucionó rapidísimo. Muy recomendable!!
Lo único a tener en cuenta son las escaleras, ya que se accede subiendo un piso y el apartamento es un duplex.

The location and decor, it’s a beautifully refurbished house in the centre of Coimbra, close to all the major attractions. The very nice detail of a tin of tea left as a gift.
Parking is not easy nearby as the house is in a pedestrianized area

Appartamento confortevole, con tutti i servizi.
Situato nel centro storico a due passi da localini e negozi di ogni genere. Ampi spazi, pulizia e due bagni (uno picvolo) che sono davvero difficili da trovare. Parcheggio coperto aperto 24 H a pochi metri, anche economico.
Nessun aspetto negativo, almeno per noi.
Si segnala presenza di scale che potrebbero non risultare agevoli per tutti,. specialmente se si hanno bagagli.

The location is excellent, in the heart of old town’s tourist area. The apartment was immaculate. Having been renovated in 2025, everything is new and tasteful. No clutter here. High ceilings give a sense of spaciousness. We were there during a heatwave, and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver. Highly recommended for agile folks who don’t mind stairs. We had a small request of the owner, and he quickly and cheerfully addressed it.
The stairs are beautiful old wood, but they are steep. (A wrought iron railing on the second side of the stairway would look nice and be appreciated. Hint hint!) The second bathroom is very small. Its shower is basically the bathroom. We ended up doing all showers in the main bathroom.
