Perfect in many ways.
Location is just next to a tram spot and literally 2 minutes from Charles Bridge.
Plenty of space, really clean with some tea/coffee facilities. All the decor was beautiful and the photos are spot on.
Easy to get in/out with your own access code.

Great location 2 minutes from Charles bridge. Excellent big clean rooms. Complementary tea and coffee much appreciated. Comfortable beds. Underfloor heating in the beautiful well appointed bathrooms (huge showers).
Great communication with the hosts whilst I was struggling with the online checkin.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the beds comfortable. This would be wonderful for a group of friends or family. The only issues I had were minor : hot water was lukewarm in shower, no shelving in bathrooms for items like toothbrushes etc., no instructions for ac/heat. Ultimately they were minor things and I would recommend the hotel for others. It also is right near the train lines and close to many sights.

Was a little difficult to find as I was looking for a bigger signage. There was only a small-ish gold plaque on the wall indicating the apartment/hotel was there. However, once inside, the apartment was lovely and clean and really cool on such a hot day. Sooo close to Charles Bridge and the other tourist spots but I was only staying one night en route to Germany so didn’t get a chance to do much sightseeing. Fully intend to go back to Prague and absolutely considering staying at the Kaiserstein Palace apartments again!
