Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Soundproofing
The Highlights:
• Location: Excellent. It is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center.
• Value: Great price for the area.
• Maintenance: We had no hot water on the first night, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately.
The Downside:
The biggest issue is the extremely thin walls. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; even normal conversation seems to disturb neighbors. During our stay, other guests banged on the walls in the middle of the night on two separate occasions just because we were talking.
Summary:
While the location and price are hard to beat, the lack of privacy and noise insulation made for a stressful stay. If you are a light sleeper or travel in a group, be aware that you may have noise issues with neighbors.

Regular size room with elevator! Shared bathroom which it was totally my bad when booking this place because apparently I didn’t realize or read that section. However the only downside while checking in was the hostess
I asked her if the ac was working since at first I was trying to figure it out and I asked her through WhatsApp and after telling me that it could be controles by the remote control!
I asked her if she was able to provide a fan and she left me talking by myself. Didn’t hear from her anymore in the two days I stayed at two place. ( I was able later on to figure out how it worked)
However if you don’t mind sharing the bathroom
This is an ok place to stay for a couple of nights.
