Villa 100 m2 on one level (sleeps 8/9) 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room with WC, another separate WC, open kitchen with dining / living room + covered terrace, BBQ, garden with trees. A garage with ping pong table. In a quiet area, dead end overlooking the beach between the Ares pier and the Nautical Club or Kite Surf, close to shops, Tuesday craft market, ocean by bicycle path 12 km away, ideal walking (forest) along from the coast, monitored salt water body 800 m (Saint-Brice), direct access from Bx-Mérignac airport 35 km by expressway, SNCF Bx station 47 km, Thalasso in Lege, St-Emilion and Médoc vineyards 40 km , Cap-Ferret at 20 km

Arés une bonne adresse
C'était génial, étant à mobilité réduite, j'ai pu accéder jusqu'à 10m de la plage avec mon fauteuil le restant se faisant avec des béquilles aux embouts adaptés, pour un profit max de la plage, la maison confortable et bien agencée, un chouette jardin et le beau temps nous ont permis de vivre quasi tout le temps à l'extérieur...la douche dehors même froide a été très utile nous n'étions que 4 personnes adultes, les 8 jours sont passés trop tous heureux que du bonheur

Séjour agréable
Accueil sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Maison très agréable avec 3 belles chambres. Coin repas sympa et beau jardin. Table de ping Pong très appréciée. Situation au top avec arrivée sur le bassin au bout du chemin face au phare du Cap Ferret. De belles balades à pieds depuis la maison (bord de bassin, port ostréicole et village)

Maison idéalement située
Nous avons passé une semaine à Arès, à deux familles. La maison est idéalement située pour aller rapidement profiter du Bassin. De plus, la ruelle est très calme. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé la maison un peu juste pour 9 personnes (nous étions nous mêmes seulement 8): la pièce de vie n'est pas très grande mais bien agencée. La salle de bain manque par contre d'espace. Le garage et la table de ping pong ont été appréciés, tout comme le petit extérieur. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et réactifs.

Freundliche Vermieter- sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus vor allem im Küchenbereich incl Webergrill, Bad mit Föhn, Gartengarnitur-tolle Gegend mit allen Radfahrmöglichkeiten und schönen Stränden-aber Achtung: rel. hohe Kaution ist in bar zu hinterlegen - sollte vor Anreise mitgenommen werden - wir haben es dann bei der Bank vor Ort mit Kredit- und Bankkarte abheben müssen...

Sejour Arès en famille
La semaine s'est bien déroulée, la maison est correcte, l'extérieur est acceptable mais l'emplacement pour manger est moyen. Faire attention à la marrée car Ares est dans le fond du bassin du coup pas terrible question marrée, la plage qui est à 100m n'a donc pas été très fréquentée, il a fallu aller ailleurs.
Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et la maison bien équipée.

Vacances agréables au calme
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison située au calme et près de la plage. Les plus : la clim qui permet d'avoir une bonne température d'intérieur et le jardin qui est ombragé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Situation parfaite pour des vacances familiales
Tout d'abord la localisation de la maison qui est idéale: 50m de la plage (pour la baignade et les couchers de soleil sur le bassin), à 100m du centre nautique (pour louer les paddles ou la ballade en bateau) et à 15 minutes de la plage du grand crohot (pour les vagues de l'océan)
Ensuite la maison : au calme avec jardin, trois chambres confortables, une cuisine et un salon bien équipés.
Enfin les propriétaires : super sympas et très serviables. N'hésitez pas à leur demander de bons conseils pour réussir vos vacances dans la région.

Très bon séjour
Belle maison, dans une rue très calme, idéalement située pour se rendre à la plage à pied sans rue à traverser. Grand jardin ombragé. Les enfants ont bien profité de la table de ping-pong. A marée basse, nous avons apprécié d'aller nous baigner à la conche de Saint Brice à 5 minutes à vélo. Très bel endroit pour des vacances en famille.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage (100 m) sans devoir prendre la voiture. Balades à vélo très agréable vers l'océan ou Andernos par le sentier du Littoral. Maison fonctionnelle et jardin très ombragé (chênes) où l'on peut se reposer dans les hamacs

La maison est idéalement placée, très agréable et fonctionnelle. Je recommande vivement.
Très fonctionnelle, on a le sentiment d'arriver dans une maison de famille avec un côté "vintage" qui nous transporte dans nos vacances d'enfants. On se sent très à l'aise et le quartier est très calme. Le bassin à 100m de la maison est juste un cadeau !!!! On reviendra !! Merci aux propriétaires bienveillants qui mettent à disposition tout ce qu'il faut.
