The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 96 m² flat in Bourges for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Located on the 5th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms (with showers). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 20 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Airfryer…
– Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 & 4: each with a double bed (140x160), a small desk and a walk-in wardrobe
– Bathrooms 1 & 2: each with a shower
– A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fans
Outside:
– A balcony of approximately 3 m² facing west/south-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Bourges, on a very quiet, residential street. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
– Bourges Cathedral.
– Natural History Museum.
– Estève Museum: a magnificent setting for the collection of works by the painter Maurice Estève.
– Regular concerts at the conservatoire (free or inexpensive).
– Maison de la Culture: shows and arthouse cinema.
– Garden tours: the Jardins des Prés Fichaux and the Archbishop’s Garden with its magnificent rosebushes.
– Water sports centre accessible by free bus or a 10-minute drive.
