Passenger access
You will have access to the entire accommodation, in complete autonomy, via a secure key box. All facilities are at your disposal.

Paid street parking (according to schedules), public parking nearby (100 meters).
Other remarks
House rules:
- Arrival between 4 pm and 10 pm – Departure before 10 am

- 8 people maximum – No guests not declared

- No smoking – No parties – No pets

- Respect for the neighbourhood, quiet between 9pm and 9am

- Loss of key or cleaning excessive

⚠️ A deposit via the secure Swikly platform is required for any booking. No amount will be debited.

In the event that these conditions are not respected, we undertake to withhold a deposit.
