Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a living room-kitchen with a smart TV and a sofa bed, - a bathroom (large shower and sink), - a large toilet with a laundry area. Upstairs, via the metal staircase: - a bedroom facing the sea with a double bed (160x200cm) and a sitting area allowing you to enjoy the entire landscape, - another bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined on request, - a toilet with a washbasin. Outside: - a private terrace of approximately 50 m², fully equipped (including an electric griddle), - a large shared garden with trees, an orchard, and a small chicken coop (2 hens), - a private parking space in front of the garden gate. You'll be 8 km from the lively and authentic Port du Légué or the historic center of Saint Brieuc.
