Casa Rural Ricao is a 100 m² mountain house for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy open valley views from your own covered private terrace, perfect for unwinding in an authentic rural setting.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, heating, reliable WiFi suitable for video calls, cable TV, and a private fenced garden. Free parking is available on-site for up to 3 cars.
Outside, you'll find a wooden bench and a picnic table under the covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals with mountain scenery as your backdrop. Please note the rustic nature of the setting; if you prefer cushioned seating, feel free to bring your own cushions.
Access is via a mountain road of approx. 700 m, with a narrow section that is fully passable. We recommend caution if arriving with a large vehicle.
Smoking is allowed; pets are not permitted. This is a peaceful place where, if you're lucky, you may meet the friendly neighbors: a donkey and some goats.
The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. If anything does not meet your expectations during your visit, please notify us through the booking platform so we can address it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricao! Absolutely gorgeous views, comfortable accommodations, and fast responses from the hosts. So lovely to sit outside each morning and enjoy coffee in the beautiful mountains. We were particularly grateful for the company of the donkey who greeted us each morning. We called him Bernardo, and we were sad to leave him when it was time to go.If you decide to stay at Ricao you do need to know that, as stated in the description, it is not close to any restaurants or grocery stores. So come prepared with your own supplies. Ricao is a wonderful place if you enjoy solitude and the quiet beauty of nature in a rural setting. We loved it and would love to stay there again someday.
