I want to raise a concern about how staff handled a registered guest during my stay.
The guest was properly registered, and the documentation was already in your system. Despite this, staff repeatedly asked both my guest and me to confirm her registration instead of checking the records. This happened every time the guest entered the hotel and came across as rude and unnecessary.
This could have been avoided if staff relied on the system already in place. I’m sharing this so it can be addressed and does not happen again.
Aside from this situation, everything else was OK.
