May be this hotel was once maintained good but not now. The room is nice but furnitures are old and damaged which makes u feel like u are staying in some old apartment not in hotel.
Second if we make a call for something no one turns even after 1 to 3 calls may be understaffed not sure this makes u feel annoying at times when u dont get response when needed
Third while booking through Expedia it shows free breakfast but the hotel said mentioned no free breakfast
One good thing is its quiet and safe for family to stay
