About this house rental
Escape to our modern and elegantly styled Villa, where you can unwind and recharge in a comfortable setting. The interior is tastefully decorated with a coastal twist, creating a soothing atmosphere for a truly relaxing stay. Enjoy the bright, open concept living area, fully equipped modern kitchen and a furnished outdoor patio ideal for alfresco dining. Accomodating 6 guests comfortably, with a Luxurious King Suite, Walk In Robe and Ensuite and 2 Elegant Queen rooms, all with blockout blinds, you can rest easy knowing you'll have a restful night's sleep. Smell the barista made coffee just across the road from the popular Mangles Corner Store or head a little further into Bunbury's main street for Heritage Pubs, quaint Cafes, boutique shops and more.

Thankyou for looking after our home and respecting the house rules. We have a strict no party policy, do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home or neighbours.
Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noice to a minimum. Guests must keep to the check in times of between 2pm-11pm to respect our neighbours.
Kindly observe the 10am check out time so that our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat and tidy, we may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs in the property we will have to charge guests to have furnishings and carpet deoderised. Please try not to misplace keys or remotes, any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests. Thank you very much, we hope you enjoy your stay!
