ROSE Vacances offers you this charming apartment ideally located in the heart of Angers. This accommodation located on the 1st floor without a lift, offers a cosy and functional setting, perfect for a stay for two, with WIFI connection.

Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Bright living room: comfortable double sofa bed.

• Equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine (BOSCH-TASSIMO).

• Bathroom: walk-in shower, modern sink, hairdryer and WC.



🚗 Easy and paid parking on Place Imbach. (free at night).

🚗 Free parking: Parking de la Rochefoucault (15 minutes on foot).

• Put the bins out at the designated locations
