Unprofessional, disgusting property, never ever ever again.

We arrives 30mins before the check in time, the property owner said we didn't communicate our arrival time, but it doesn't matter. The property should be ready by 3pm. When we arrived we waited for more than 30mins to be checked in. The property owner said its ready even his guy was surprised and said "what the fuck" because the sofa was upside down

When we arrived to the property, its all messed up, not cleaned, used toilet everywhere. The housekeeper just arrived after 10mins we went to the property. I can't imagine that this situation ruined our holiday trip. The bed is not being made, the housekeeper just put a new bed sheet and that's it. Ridiculous, don't book at this property, after we checked in the property owner concerned and asked me if I already paid? Amazing right? Didn't even care about us. All he cares was the money

Terrible and will definitely not recommend.

Location

Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding reservation number 6284067200 and requesting a full refund due to multiple serious issues experienced during our stay. We arrived at the premises at 17:10 and were forced to wait 30 minutes for the keys. When the individual finally arrived, he insisted on being paid in cash. After payment, he briefly showed us the way to the apartment, handed us the keys, and left. He instructed us to leave the key inside the apartment upon departure. Inside the apartment, the air conditioner repeatedly caused the power to trip. We eventually had to stop using it entirely. The fan provided did not work. The hairdryer smelled like burning and was unsafe to use. The towels supplied had a strong odor of sweat and appeared not to have been washed. This morning, as instructed, we left the key inside the apartment. Upon exiting into the small courtyard, we discovered another locked door for which we had no key. We contacted the establishment and were told to buzz every resident in the building until someone opened the door. We spent 45 minutes doing this before someone finally let us out. This delay caused a chain reaction that made us late for our train. We had intentionally left early to avoid exactly this situation. Because of the delay, we incurred an additional €45 fee to change our train ticket. The establishment was unhelpful, unprofessional, and failed to provide basic safety, hygiene, and accessibility. We insist on a full refund and request that Booking.com investigate this property to protect future travelers from similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I was not comfortable there.

The Location

The communication with the proprietor was lacking. I was not given instructions on how to access the key. Proprietor did not return my initial phone calls. Had to have a random Italian man call and speak too to him in my Italian for me. Nor was I informed on booking.com that I would have to pay for apartment by Paypal. I loss sleep because I did not feel comfortable due to the degree of cleanliness and lack of aesthetic appeal. Pictures are to be uploaded.
