The most attentive and helpful host we’ve ever had. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and was always ready to help with anything we needed.
The apartment was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. We stayed with our baby and dog, and it worked perfectly for us. The shutters were especially useful for the baby, particularly if your little one needs a completely dark room to sleep.
The location was also excellent we were able to walk everywhere. She gave us very clear information about check-in, finding the apartment, and also shared helpful tips about the surrounding area.
We had a wonderful stay and are sure we’ll visit again!

The staff is excellent. Lisa helped me with luggage when I arrived earlier than check in time. The apartment is comfortable. The instructions provided by staff is great.
Only one washing machine in laundry room.

The apartment is well located and Milan. The space itself has potential.
Upon arrival in the late afternoon (not at night), we had an issue accessing the keys and were unable to reach the host despite multiple attempts via WhatsApp and email. We eventually found a solution ourselves, but the lack of support was disappointing. Additionally, several items in the kitchen and bathroom were unstable. There was also a missing set of towels. Overall, there are many lovely apartments in Milan — next time we would choose one with more reliable customer care.
