Guglielmo's place is nice.
Bedrooms > I found the bed comfortable. I liked that it was completely dark with the outside shutter closed. The USB electrical sockets made it easy to charge phones/etc. AC worked well.
Kitchen > I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed well equipped with high-end appliances, coffee machine with pods, and most everything one would need.
Bathrooms > I found it nicely built with floor to ceiling stone panels and nice fixtures. The hot water was plentiful. There are three different shower heads to choose from 👍🏼.
The washing machine for laundry was nice to have. There is a neat in-floor nightlight. The location is great and ask for
Guglielmo's restaurant suggestions at the beginning of your stay.
The checkin experience did not go well at all. First after a long day, it took an hour to gain access to the building. If you have an internet connection on your phone, you probably will not have this problem and may get in right away. Another resident lets us in since the web page to open the building entrance door would not open on my phone.
I also had trouble opening the apartment door. This was partly my fault, but I was tired and found the videos somewhat unclear and confusing. The apartments have no identifying sign. Only by reading the instructions can you know which door is yours, and again I was tired and became confused. Once you are familiar, opening the door is not difficult; you have to

Then you have around 5 seconds to pull the door with one hand toward you while simultaneously turning the knob with the other hand clockwise.
There is a small learning curve to this.
As luck would have it Guglielmo was attending his brothers wedding. I felt bad disturbing him, but after a video call, I got into the apartment, then after another video call, and finally climbing a short ladder I was able to find a physical key for the building front door. I will say after this there was no problem entering the building nor the apartment.
