Toller Aufenthalt in sehr guter Lage
Ich habe vier Nächte im Alcuino 5 verbracht, während ich an einer Konferenz im Allianz MiCo teilgenommen habe. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend vom Flughafen aus war die Unterkunft problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, und während meines gesamten Aufenthalts brauchte ich kein Uber, selbst für Ausflüge zum Duomo und in andere Teile Mailands. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren sind ebenfalls nur etwa 3–5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Klimaanlage macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wer selbst kochen und etwas Geld sparen möchte, findet in der Küche praktisch alle wichtigen Utensilien. Sehr komfortabel, zentral gelegen und hervorragend angebunden absolut empfehlenswert✨

Apartament curat, confortabil, zona linistita, intim, curte interioara verde cu spatii largi, paturi mari, confortabile, lenjerie si prosoape impecabile, balcon pentru relaxare si multe facilitati. Excelenta plasa de tantari de la balcon! In gradina interioara se joaca veverite si iepuri de camp! Am ajuns tarziu si am gasit in frigider vin si apa rece! Multumim!
Usile sunt zgomotoase, trebuie inlocuite cat de curand pentru confort, ar mai trebui o masa mai mare pe balcon, o etajera la duș, un capac mare potrivit pt tigaie sa nu sara uleiul, niste accesorii pentru a personaliza intreg apartamentul. Peretii sunt subtiri si se aud zgomotele, distanta e destul de mare pana la oricare din cele 3 statii de metro apropiate. Asta e important cand esti turist si umbli toata ziua.

L'appartamento è datato nell'estetica. Ci siamo dovuti interfacciare con l'host perché il divano letto per il terzo ospite non era fatto, Davide è stato molto disponibile e gentile. I condizionatori erano nuovi e funzionavano bene.
Ottima posizione. L'età dell'appartamento si è notata: nella doccia l'acqua diventata improvvisamente fredda di frequente, nessuno scarico funzionava bene, le tapparelle non scendevano del tutto e lasciavano entrare la luce. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato tutti le ciabatte molto impolverate sotto dopo una sola notte di permanenza, e le avevamo usate solo in casa, quindi forse c'era dello sporco che comunque non abbiamo notato a vista.
