Appartement très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé. Centre commercial à côté, ainsi que les stations de métro ou de tram pour aller au centre ville. Clim, lave linge, parfait pour visiter Milan durant plusieurs jours.

Emplacement proche de CityLife et du centre ville. Appartement propre avec tous les équipements, belle terrasse sans vis a vis. Canapé lit confortable dans le salon (pour les enfants).
Dans la chambre, nous pouvions participer a la conversation avec les voisins de l'appartement a cote.

・日本で言う民泊スタイルで、オーナーとはメッセージのやり取りだけです。部屋の鍵も、ポールのキーボックスで受け取りました。特に問題はありませんでした。
・展示会場(Fiera Milano City)には徒歩5分で、こちらに用がある人にはお勧めできますが、CityLifeは目の前に有るものの入口は遠いため、徒歩10分以上かかります。
・小ぶりな洗濯機も有りますが、洗剤は要持参です。
・地元の人が暮らすアパートメントの一室を借りる形なので、他の住人の目が気になります。
・旅行者用のCity TaxはBooking.comでの支払いとは別に支払う必要が有るのですが、出発前夜に提案された決済手段が限られており、PayPalで払おうとしたところ、個人宛の送金となるため本人確認手続きが必要となり、手続きの為に睡眠時間を大幅に削ることになりました。アパートに着いた時点でも処理出来なかったため、手渡しでの支払いを求めても断られました。今後泊まられる方はご注意下さい。
・個人の家扱いのためか、イタリアのエアコン使用制限で、寝室のエアコンが使えなくなりました。
・一通りの設備は有りますが、食卓の足は壊れていました。
