Perfect place to stay in central London

It was very clean and was so spacious and we all would have had our own room and space that was lovely and beautiful and handy everything nearby.

The rooms, the cleanliness, the space, the free toiletries, washing and cleaning products, the free WiFi and the location.

Pas grand chose. Les lits pas confortable du tout. Pas très propre. Les vitres très très sales. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain ou ailleurs. Sous le meuble TV y avait encore une bouteille d'eau des clients précédents. Rien n'y était LUXE. vaut un pas plus que 2. Très difficile de trouver l'adresse. Personne ne connaissait le 55 corfters way. Après 15 mn de recherche on a trouvé. les personnes qui louent cet appart devrait le tester et vérifier de temps en temps la propreté. Méfiez vous du Parking gratuit. Oui le soir à partir de 18h30. mais dans la journée payant.

キングスクロス駅から徒歩10-15分、100平方メートルはないと思うが暮らせる広さ、静かな環境、スーパー（COOP）も徒歩5分以内にある。広告内容含め事前情報が正確だったり、あるいは事業者の対応が誠実さを感じるものでれば、スコア8か9（本当に最低限の設備にて）などでもいいかと思います。ですから低いスコアの原因は、正しくない広告や不都合な質問は無視したりする事業者にあります。

・部屋にゴミ置き場のように整理されていない物置があるなど不潔感がある（信じられないと思いますが本当です）（写真をご覧ください）・2ベッドルーム、100平方メートルと広さを謳っているがテーブル備え付け椅子は二脚。・ダイニングテーブルがある旨、記載があるもの事業者EliteStayが主張するダイニングテーブルの写真は添付の通り。一般的には、カウンターテーブルというのでは？人数が多い場合は、リビングのソファに座りローテーブルを使用した方がいいでしょう。事業者は、本気でダイニングテーブルとは何かを知らないのかもしれません。・口コミからテーブルが小さいことを危惧し三人用を用意して欲しいと事前に伝えていたところ、了解があったので予約を続行したが、実際は用意が無かった。できない、と言ってもらえれば自分たちに合う別の宿を探したでしょう。・サイトにはあると記載されているコーヒーメーカーはない。（コーヒーの粉もないが値段を考えると仕方ないかも）・ユニットバスにあるハンドウォッシュは空。無くてもいいのだが、中身が無いのならケースは撤去されるべき。狭いユニットバスが益々手狭になるだけ。・シャワーは水漏れ。　変わった形のシャワーで、ハンディな方のみ使えば水漏れは最小。なんとかはなるものの、水圧は弱い。・Wi-Fiは三日目に繋がらなくなりましたが電源の抜き差しで回復。テレビもネット環境に左右されるようで三日目からは見れず。・滞在中に事業者から、テンプレと思われるメッセージが二度あり、そのうち一つは「Is something not working correctly? Can't figure something out ? We'd love for the opportunity to make it right asap! Thanks,EliteStay」とあるが、問題点を伝えても回答はないまま。都合が悪い訴えは完全無視の意思だと解釈します。誠実さに問題がある事業者だと感じます。・また、チェックアウトの際は、ゴミを出してくれとメッセージで指示あり（ • Please ensure all dishes are washed • Take the rubbish out and leave it by the front door ）、しかし、事業者が用意しているゴミ箱には、ゴミ袋は設置されていません。ゴミ出し依頼するなら袋は用意すべきでは？宿泊者は自分で袋を用意する必要があると、2026年7月に宿泊しているオーストリアの方が指摘しているのはこのことです。・広告に掲載されている建物の写真はキングスクロス駅から歩いていく途中に見える建物です。実際の宿は古さを感じる四階建てくらいのアパートメント。Google ストリートで画像確認をおすすめします。建物があるブロックに入ると、すぐ右手に駐車場がある。その駐車場に面した入り口からアパートメントに入ります。（ブロックに入った後、ゴミ捨て場が右手にありますがそこまで行くと行き過ぎ）部屋に入る鍵は、アパートメントの入り口ドア左手にあるキーケースに入っています。事業者は真ん中のケースという表記ですがキーケースは4つあり一体どのケースか分かりづらい。　ブロックに入ってからどの建物なのか、キーケースはどれか、など30分以上困り、旅行気分はだいなし。事業者の説明はポイントを抑えておらず不親切。感情を吐露すると↓ 安宿ならよい。しかし、日本円で三泊15万円にて非常に不愉快です。 booking comには宿の名称にPremium luxeとあり、一定の安心感と信頼を持って予約しました。事業者の対応に誠実さがあれば、不愉快さも軽減されたでしょう。 ✴︎宿としては本質的には、静かな場所で涼しく過ごせ、徒歩5分内にスーパー（coop）もあり三人でも窮屈は感じないゆとりはあります。 ✴︎宿までの道のりは難しくないです。敷地内に入ってから、EliteStayに指示された部屋鍵を探し当てるのが大変でした。陽のあるうちの到着をお勧めします。

Viel zu teuer, um den Preis hätten wir auch2 komfortablere Hotelzimmer zentraler buchen können.

Leider furchtbar enttäuschend. Die Fotos haben das Apartment viel grösser wirken lassen, es ist für 4 Gäste viel zu klein. Austattung war nicht wie beschrieben, die Küche mit Essplatz für 4 war einer der Gründe, warum wir uns für dieses Apartment entschieden hatten, allerdings gab es diesen nicht. Wir konnten nicht gemeinsam essen, da in der Miniküche an der Wand lediglich ein schmaler Hochtisch mit 2 Barhockern war. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand, keine gratis Pflegeprodukte, nichtmal eine Seife. Wir wurden gebeten, das Geschirr abzuwaschen, es gab aber keinen Schwamm und kein Geschirrtuch, Müll mussten wir selber entleeren gehen, es gab aber keine Müllsäcke. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer konnte man zwar öffnen aber von selber offen hielt es nicht, wir mussten wir den Eimer einklemmen, um es über Nacht offen haben zu können. Extrem hellhörig mit lauten selbstzufallenden Türen. Es gibt keine Kästen, lediglich ein paar kleine Kommoden, und zum Hängen einen kleiderständer im Wohnzimmer mit ein paar Haken. Steckdosen im Schlafzimmer eine Rarität. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer leider sehr unbequem und generell alle Räume einfach mini. Für 4 Gäste ist das Apartment, vor allem auch das Badezimmer mit WC zuklein, ausserdem hatten wir eine mini- Überschwemmung im Bad bei Verwendung der Überkopfbrause. Wir haben uns sehr bemüht, irgendwas positives zu finden, leider unmöglich. Auch war es nicht möglich, unser Gepäck bis 14:00 im Apartment zu lassen, bzw haben wir bis heute keine Antwort mehr erhalten, ob es möglich gewesen wäre, weswegen wir dann um 50 Pound am nahegelegenen KingsCross Bahnhof die Koffer bis zum Abflug lagern mussten, Einzig positiv ist die schöne Lage, man konnte gemütlich nach Camden Market sowie Kingscross entlang des schönen Kanals schlendern, allerdings mit Fussmarsch von mind 18min jeweils erst die nächste Underground Station erreichen. Schade, unter Premium Luxe Apartment stellt man sich wirklich was besseres vor.
